Gravette Church of Christ is family of Christians united in the cause of Christ. We are attempting to reach the lost with the good news of salvation found in Christ, encourage fellow believers and assist the needy.
Our message is the story of the cross -- the good news of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus the Christ, what it means to us today and how anyone can find salvation by grace in Christ.
This family of believers is independent of any national organization or group. Jesus is the only one we recognize as the head of his church. The congregation is made up of a group of individuals who seek to follow the Bible as our guide to faith and practice. We do not seek to legislate in matters of opinion or attempt to encumber our members with the traditions of men. Obedience and faithfulness to the gospel of Christ are the only requirements for fellowship in the church family.
We desire to have assemblies that are uplifting to those who attend. Our Bible studies encourage an open discussion of the Scriptures. We want to provide an atmosphere where families and individuals can grow spiritually while surrounded by love and fellowship.
We are not perfect! That's why we need Jesus. We simply want to do the best we can to live, and encourage others to live, in harmony with God's Word.
We would be delighted to answer any questions about the church. Please feel free to call and inquire, or better still, visit one of our assemblies. Everyone is welcome!
